Hi, I'm Josiah Salters, founder of SALT. Visual Co.

Photography and storytelling have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as a creative passion eventually became something much greater—a business built on preserving moments, telling stories, and serving people well.

In 2025, I officially launched SALT. Visual Co. with a mission to create meaningful visual content that captures the moments people never want to forget. Since then, I've had the privilege of serving wedding couples, families, businesses, churches, real estate professionals, and organizations throughout West Virginia, South Carolina and beyond.

As a student pilot pursuing a degree in Commercial Aviation through Liberty University, much of my approach to business has been shaped by aviation. Attention to detail, professionalism, preparation, and a commitment to excellence are values that influence every project I take on. Whether capturing a wedding day, producing commercial content, or showcasing a property, the goal is always the same: deliver work that exceeds expectations and stands the test of time.

Beyond photography and videography, I have proudly served as a volunteer firefighter since 2019. That experience has strengthened my commitment to service, responsibility, and remaining calm under pressure—qualities that have proven invaluable when working with clients during some of life's most important moments.

One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been the opportunity to travel and serve alongside ministry organizations, using media to support outreach efforts and share stories that make an impact. My faith is a foundational part of who I am and plays a significant role in how I conduct business. Integrity, honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for people are values that guide every interaction and every project.

While SALT. Visual Co. continues to grow, the foundation remains unchanged: serve people well, produce exceptional work, and conduct business with integrity.
